Danny Hermans was the lead author for a Microsoft Press free E-book: SCOM Field Experience. This E-book describes experiences from Microsoft Premier Field Engineers and Escalation Engineers regarding tuning, optimization and out-of-the-box possibilities, edited by Mitch Tulloch .
